The Business of Sisterhood NEW
An exploration of familial ties in Kink & Leather communities — covering historical sisterhoods in African-American communities, leather organizations, and how cultural norms have shaped relationships among women. A presentation and sharing class. Come prepared to think and give voice to those thoughts.
Finding Your Lane on LIFESTYLE Superhighway NEW
An intensive designed to help individuals reflect on their needs, wants, and desires in Leather, Kink, and BDSM — covering dynamics vs service, community, play vs dynamics, and more. Aimed at fine-tuning what fits best for each person.
⚠️ This is an INTENSIVE — schedule for 3 hours or in parts.
How Did I Get Here — The Intersection I Was Handed NEW
I didn’t choose this intersection — Black, disabled, woman, switch — but I’ve had to learn to lead from it. This class is my story: how identities I never got to pick showed up in leather spaces that weren’t built with me in mind, and what it took to carve out room anyway. We’ll talk about visibility and invisibility, navigating ableism and exclusion in kink community spaces, and what leadership looks like when you’re holding multiple identities at once instead of just one. This isn’t a theory class — it’s lived experience, offered so the next person handed this intersection doesn’t have to figure it out alone.
Finding Balance on The Slash — Switch Perspectives in Kink, BDSM, and Leather
A personal perspective on how a Switch-identifying individual has found, navigated, and created space in alternative communities — including how to ensure switches are considered in event development, inclusion, and safe space.
Pouring Into Others While Serving — Servant Leadership in the Era of AI NEW
Service is at the heart of how I lead — showing up for my organization and my community, not from above, but alongside the people I’m serving with. This class looks at what servant leadership means right now, when AI is reshaping how we communicate, delegate, and even connect with each other. How do we stay authentic — pouring into others without losing ourselves — when so much of our world is becoming automated? We’ll talk about leading through service, protecting your own capacity while giving generously, and using tools like AI to serve smarter without serving less humans. This is for anyone who leads by showing up, not standing out.
Leading from the Middle: Switches in the Driver’s Seat NEW
As Texas Switch 2026, I’ve learned that switching isn’t a lack of a lane — it’s a leadership skill most people never get taught. This class is personal: my own journey navigating power from both sides, and what it’s taught me about leading with fluidity instead of apologizing for it. We’ll talk about owning the driver’s seat, negotiating from the middle, and claiming space in a community that often forgets switches exist. Come ready to lead — however you move.
Negotiation 911 — HELP I WANNA PLAY
For first-timers or those returning to public play. Covers specific skills, questions, and real-time steps to find someone and play safely — exploring both top and bottom perspectives, pick-up play, and pre-negotiated scenes. Participants leave ready to set up scenes right away.
Spoons, Tortoises, & Bad Chargers in Your Playbag
An open discussion on navigating Kink, BDSM, and Leather spaces while managing chronic illness. A facilitated discussion to be validated, share tips, ask questions, and know you are seen. Listen-only participation welcome.
Do Nothing By Default
Centers on labeling and how we end up in positions based on how we present rather than who we are. Examines self-reflection, the normalizing of the “exploring” label, and how community can force identification into default archetypes despite best practices.
I AM NOT…….WELL YOU MIGHT BE NEW
A self-exploration in labels — not for the newest kinklings. An opportunity to split yourself open and see if there’s more than you expect inside. Think of it as a version of “Have You Ever” that ends in options to explore and expand your journey. Come with an open mind.
Parents in the Rabbit Hole — Balance and Self Care
Parenting and the lifestyle don’t seem to go hand in hand — but they can. How do we allow ourselves the self care that kink, conferences, and events provide while responsibly parenting? How can you indulge and keep your children safe? Parents just wanna have fun.
Don’t Forget Your PRICK
A discussion on participating safely in BDSM covering negotiation acronyms — SSC, CCCC, RACK, PRICK and more. Focuses on PRICK using real-life situational examples explored from multiple perspectives (top, bottom, Dominant, submissive, observer, friend). Q&A included.
Finding Your Tribe
No matter how long you’ve been in the lifestyle, finding your people matters. Online or in person, dynamic or solo — explore how to find, cultivate, or create the safe space and community you need on your journey.
Solo on Your Journey
Being single or un-partnered in a community that often feels built for couples can be disorienting. This class helps you navigate, grow, and participate fully — outside of a relationship. It can happen.
Brats 101
A class designed to discuss the complex attributes of the often misunderstood “brat” moniker. Challenge your preconceived notions and think outside the bad behavior box. You’ll leave with the understanding that Brat is not a one-size-fits-all term.
